If you have purchased a pick and pickapick.com determines that your link does not meet our submission criteria, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
After a pick is purchased, if the purchaser does not respond to the email request sent to them by the start date of their pick, a link will not be posted and a refund will no longer be available.
Once a pick is purchased, a refund can be obtained by request up until the day your pick goes live. Refunds will not be possible on the day your pick is scheduled to start or thereafter.
